As a Senior Faculty Member at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) , I am passionate about empowering the next generation of engineers built by creativity and science. While my scientific world revolves around the multiphysics interactions in engineering systems, my mission is to redefine engineering education.

Having spent two decades spearheading research, business, education, and navigating diverse professional landscapes while living in England, the USA, Germany, and China, I have always believed that a truly global perspective requires bridging engineering excellence with human-centered innovation. 

"In all my lectures, I start with a fundamental truth: 'Perspective shapes reality.' This aids in converting complex systems into narratives that drive global change." The gap between creating technical value and human perception needs to be linked. Similar to a stage, communicating effectively the value of outcomes requires technical skills as well as performance techniques i.e., the art of presence, story telling, and improvisation.

Throughout my career, I spearheaded, managed, built, and coached globally working competence teams in business and research. I was honoured for my contributions to science and technology by various institutes, including The Chinese Academy of Science Worlds Best 100 Talent Programme, Forschungszentrum Jülich- Role model, The Royal Academy of Engineering, UK, TUBITAK, TR. As a holder of master's and Ph.D. degrees in several disciplines, patent-granted Entrepreneur, I consider myself devoted to lifelong learning and sharing and staying in tune with the latest Habilitation degree-TUM,  and executive certifications issued by Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

This commitment to holistic excellence is also reflected in my multidisciplinary life beyond the scenes. As an IFBB Certified Master of Science in Bodybuilding and Fitness Methods, I apply the same principles of self-discipline and optimisation to human physiology and mental resilience. My dedication to a clean world is fueled by my passion for the oceans that I have been engaged as a CMAS Diver and long standing marine coral cultivator- a perspective that serves as the know-why for my research  in green hydrogen technologies. As a highly sought after professional speaker, and author of more than 80 academic publications, I have presented world wide at major global forums, including the World Hydrogen Conference and the European Chamber of Commerce. 

"My goal is to transform the classical engineering role into a transdisciplinary mentor, where lab, human, and the nature converge to create a sustained collective intelligence. Beyond the research and strategic roadmaps, my perspective is shaped by the world I see-from the precision of ancient history to the delicate balance of coral reefs and the creative explosion of the arts."
